Teagan's birthday party

Teagan had a very fun birthday party.  We were able to be outside for the whole party and Teagan got to do exactly whet she wanted--Slip 'n Slide, hair coloring, painted nails, body, glitter, and cake.  It was an odd combination, but they made it work and had a great time doing it!

An older friend, Lissy (she is 10) came and painted nails for us.  Everyone went in the Slip 'n Slide first, so they were cool and comfortable and ready for hair and nails.  Teagan and I had made glitter sunglasses for each girl and we had an area where they could use boas and tiaras to dress up and have their glamor picture taken.

Everyone loved having a striped/multicolored hair do!  Once they discovered the body glitter, they were oh so glamorous!  Teagan says it was a great party.  She wanted a High School Musical 2 theme, so we played music from the movies and decorated her cake to be High School Musical 2.  She made her own sign for the front door--it is the first picture here.
